Midterm 2.

馃拰Composition is were you learn to write thinks you are feeling and thinks you thought. 馃

I have been doing my best, some time you have everything and you can lose that in a second. But never give up on your dreams. 

Hope you are doing good. This is Adela again. This time I am going to share my midterm composition. 

My topic is: 

 Fast food saves times but home cooked meal a life.

I used the Venn diagram.


 Outline: subject by subject.  

Introduction:  

     Purpose: the better option .  

Paragraph 1:   

   Marketing, calories, delicious, do not cook.  

Transition: similarities.  

Paragraph 2: vegetable  new oil  you need for that food.  

Conclusion: both are delicious, balance between both

My final composition: 

Fast food saves times but home cooked meal saves as life.  

All we know is how important is the fast food when we do not have our lunch for work or for school, is an options that saves a time for us, but when we prepare our good we are taking care of our life, thinking in future, now let see some differences between these two options of food do we have here. 

On the first hand we have the fast food, this one use oat of marketing, has a lot of calories depending on the dish, also remember sometimes restaurants use a lot of times the same old to prepare food, it help us because we do not spent time cooking it.  Depending on the food will be the price, most of the time it is expensive  but as it is delicious and create an addictive habit of eating this type of food that can create on the person that consume it the obesity. 

The fats food has it advantages but it can help you to get fat, but same with the home cooked meal you can be consuming it with moderation recurring on diet. 

On the other hand we have the home cooked food, in this type of food we can include vegetables, we use new oil every day we are cooking, we can select the ingredients we are going to use in each dish we are going to prepare we can say that most of the time the food we prepare is healthier than the fast food also it is cheaper, we reduce the levels of calories we are consuming. 

Both are delicious, but it is important to have a balance between them. We can get on diet, avoid consuming only fast food. It can have bad result in health. To conclude I want to remain you that the fats food cam save you once but if you are eating home cooked meal is good all the time . Do not you think so?
