Writing is the art of expressing our thoughts and feelings.

Greetings, this is Adela Borrayo.  Currently I am studying the Translation and Interpretation of the English language degree at UEES (Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador).

 In English Composition I we learned to write what we think in different types of writings applying techniques to get good results, remember the style of writing and the use of correct words adds precision, elegance and clarity to a text. In English composition II we are going to learn how to write essays and type of essays.

I am glad to share with you this process, I will be uploading my compositions and summaries about my classes here. If you have any advice you can comment it I will be attentive to it.

  Hello readers! 🌹 I really hope you are doing good! Today I will post something new is really useful for us when writing an essay. This class we continued learning about compare-and-contrats essays, this time how to organize them: 1. According to individual points, discussing each subject in relation to each point. 2. According to the subject themselves, discussing one then the other. Someting important is that the structure depends on the nature of topic, the purpose and the audience you are writing to.  So, we learned how analyze the relationship between two elements/ subjects using the prewriting techniques Venn Diagram and Chart. Using a Venn Diagram or Chart can help you quickly and efficiently compare and contrast two or more elements/subjects/ideas.  This time the practice #2 share and idea we have about a topic comparing and contracts two things using the Venn Diagram or the Chart.
